T. H. Scheer — Founder of Metaneering
Profile

T. H. Scheer is the founder of Metaneering S.à r.l. (Luxembourg) and the creator of the ProfiSaison working model. With fourteen years of experience in real estate and over twelve years of hands-on ERP expertise, his work focuses on system-critical topics at the intersection of lease contracts (real estate), data compliance, and enterprise systems. He leads projects predominantly in English (UK/US) and German (D/CH/LU).

He has led and supported projects across Europe for listed companies, public institutions, and international real estate portfolios — often where in-house expertise was no longer available and traditional consulting models proved too rigid. ProfiSaison emerged from this reality: organisations increasingly require senior intervention at specific moments, without long engagements, agency layers, or permanent staffing.

Core expertise

The background above translates into three operational focus areas on ProfiSaison (delivery model, deep-dive articles, and method):

Expertise highlights

  • 14 years of ERP expertise (FI/CO, real estate ERP, compliance systems & transformation)
  • 10+ years of professional experience in real estate
  • Proven senior project management (boutique & enterprise)
  • Certified in process excellence (IREB, PRINCE2)
  • Recognised data privacy & lease contract expert (published author)
  • Academic lecturer (B.Sc.) & HfWU contributor (2020–2025)

A word from our founder

“The combination of regulatory requirements and the gradual loss of ERP module expertise has created a structural gap in many ERP landscapes. Remote delivery enables senior intervention precisely when it prevents cost, compliance, and operational risk.”
